The Youth Group
It's only right I make a page on my site for my youth group, The Heard.
How did The Heard come about?
One day, our old youth pastor overheard one of the old couples in the church: "Children should be seen, not heard." In defiance, our youth pastor put up a great defense, turning back to the youth group to suggest the new name. We all agreed (seeing as our old name was so stupid none of us remember it anymore) and we rose as The Heard.
What's new with The Heard?
What's Up:
THE 30 HOUR FAMINE
Starting at lunch, Friday the 25th, we will give up food, running on juice drinks from noon Friday to 6:30 pm Saturday. Throughout the night will be an ongoing game, including Tribes- I won't give too much away, but ever play Rock, Paper, Scissors with an Elephant, a Lion a Man and an Ant?
