Hello Again.

November 19, 2008

Wow. I thought I hadn't posted in a long time on that /last/ post.

School started a long time ago. A long, long time ago. for the second time now, I've lost computer privileges. Actually, right now I'm at school, and freewebspace is miraculously unblocked. I'm suppose to be doing my National History Day research. Too bad I'm doing a website, and freewebs is completely blocked. Isn't that a shame? Now I'll have to sit here and type for a few 15 more minutes of this half day of school.

Let's do an extracurricular activity count, yes?

Speech, Debate, 4-H, Art Team, History Team, Speech Team... I have more, I promise. It's early.

But this year, I plan to go somewhere with my NHD project. Who doesn't want to learn about my ancestor, Jacob DeHaven, and the vast debt the government owes my family? Who knows- if I win, a few more DeHavens might be compelled to try and get the family fortune back. I bet you want to know how much. You do. I promise.

BILLION.

With a "B."

You want to be me.

Oh boy. Almost time for class to be up. What a shame. If you...

Flags- The Truth About Their Vomit

June 13, 2008

It's been a while; school's been out since the 30th, 4H picked up again, I'm trying to be the biggest procrastinator I can when it comes to avoiding the very idea of "working," and the past weeks have been so entirely monotonous, I think I'm going to blow my brains out my nose, just to see what color it turns my boogies.

Tomorrow is my father's 50th birthday. On flag day. Anyone else see the coincedence? Well, mumsy did, so there's our theme- red, white, and blue. I'm slightly depressed, seeing as those are the colors I've avoided wearing since I decided my political views were against Bush as soon as I understood. You know. Five years ago.  Oh yeah- and in the back corner there, it's my sister's college graduation party. Her cake is smaller, and we've been so busy planning out how to make our backyard appear to have been puked on by a flag, I'm not sure if we plotted any of her college colors. Anywhere. Except the cake- I saw that a few minutes ago. Next to pap's. I think her's is jealous. I would be.

While I'm playing hostess, a good friend of mine invited...

Gang Wars, Pills, and Obama.

April 12, 2008

Well, well, well, here I am again, wasting time one of the only ways I know how.

Some might consider my week at school quite intruiging. That is, if you like knives, a gun, pills, a gang war, a policeman with a broken arm, the kid who did it getting tased three times, and a fire in the boys bathroom.

Actually, most of that was a half hour on Friday.

Here's what happened:

Wednesday- a few kids were messing with each other. One boy takes a girl's Vitamin Water, and all is jest. "Hah hah, give it back." "Hah hah, no." This boy passes it to another when, for no reason at all, he draws a knife on her. As someone ran off to get an administrator, this boy hands the knife to the first boy. Now, security has come, and sees the knife, while others point to the other boy. They are both frisked- the first boy is found with a Butterfly knife (which is illegal, besides the fact he was in school) And the second boy is found with five other knives. A little later in the day, another boy was showing off a new kinfe, joking with...

Monday...

January 28, 2008

Another Monday, another day when someone tells me the shirt I'm wearing makes me look like a Zebra. And somehow, it doesn't quite start my day off on the right foot. Gee, I wonder why...

You may be curious about the tiny font. Don't be. It'll be like this whenever I very well please. Ah hah hah.

Ah, Heath Leiger. R.I.P. The saying is true- You're only famous once you're dead. Apparently, you couldn't find "10 Things I Hate About You" Anywhere locally. No, but there was one about three towns over. One. And my teacher got it to show /part/ in class. I asked her, "If you got permission from the school boards, why don't you just show it?" She looked at me funny, and mumbled something along the lines of "I don't know,  I just..." So then I said, "If it was so hard to find, why don't we get the most out of it? What if I want to see it?" Then she ignored me angrily and stared off elsewhere. Ah hah hah.

Once my self esteem went down the drain after the zebra costume comment, I had a terrible day. Everyone must have agreed on a...

Maiden Voyage

January 18, 2008

Well... It's a blog! Welcome to a small window to the torrent of thoughts that rush through my mind daily.

Currently, I find making little 100 by 100 pixel icons an amazingly effective waste of time.

Very very effective. And, if you must know, I LUFF my darling kitton Toulouse, also known as Louie the terrible. Ever think, when you were little, that there were monsters under your bed? He waits for me to walk by in socks. And he has sharp aim- He can flick my glasses off with one paw faster than I can react.

He also lays in the jade plant. We stuck forks, pronngs up, in the dirt. He just layed across them.

Now that he's learned (some) that laying in the plant is bad (if there's someone around to see) He rips off the leaves to play with. Like he doesn't have enough toys.

Aaaaand... For now, that's all I've got to say.
